Troutline Wild Goose Primary Quill Feathers Set in Pairs
We love these superb gray quill feathers from wild goose. These feathers are from wild Anser anser ( greyland goose) species of goose, and we receive it from time to time from local hunters from Danube Delta. These type of feathers are loved by fishermen because represent a great source for making sedge wings, dun wings and spent or no hackle wing. They are used for dry flies and wet flies as well.

The color is sometimes in a pure grey gradient and sometimes in grey-sand as you can see in photos. The colors are superb and subtle, difficult to see in photo. The long barbs from these feathers suits perfectly to create superb dun cdc flies which are efficient late in the day from late Spring to late Summer
